I'm not sure what we were up to, but I'm sure it was no good.
I know once we turned on the stove and 'cooked' all my crayons in a pot. Mom was thrilled.
Remember the "intercom" system? That gismo on the wall, far left, was a radio/intercom system that was supposed to enable mom to conveniently call us all for supper (and we would obediently come running from the far corners of the house.)

The kitchen shots especially transport me right back there. I can feel the chairs, the wicker seats, the curvy backs, I know just what the drawer handles felt like, etc.
