My house from the air
« on: March 02, 2004, 06:10:40 am »

We just came back from a trip to Arizona this week. I was taking some video out the airplane window as we were approaching Chicago as there were some interesting shots of low-lying clouds and views of the suburbs when I noticed a large school that looked familiar. Then I realized that we were flying directly over our neighborhood in Naperville! I panned around and was able to zoom in right to my house as the plane banked to the left. I still can't believe my luck. Attached is the still of my house.

For comparison, here is my house from the air taken by the USGS Terra Server about the same time.
